August 2007: To get more detailed information about the migration of birds during winter time scientists have equipped two birds from Greenland with miniature transmitters. Now they can track their routes on their way south via satellite. The scientists presume that the birds will fly to Argentina and back to Greenland. This is a distance of 40000 kilometers.
