February 2008: On the 1st of April 2008 two Germans start their 1100 km long tour across the ice and glaciers of Greenland.Their food supply will last only for 70 days. So they have not much time to manage the distance with their sledges. Motor-assistance or sails are not available. In the last five years the sportsmen trained for this "Arctic Move" by running marathons in the Swiss alps.
